Carolina Hurricanes Foundation (“Foundation”) 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”)

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. The Carolina Hurricanes Foundation will conduct up to two (2) 50/50 raffles throughout the 2026-2027 season commencing September 29, 2026. The first raffle period shall commence on September 29, 2026, and conclude when the Cash Prize is selected as further explained below.  The next raffle period will commence on the home game immediately following the game at which the Cash Prize is selected and continue until the Cash Prize is selected.  The Carolina Hurricanes Foundation reserves the right to reduce the number of 50/50 raffles during the season. The proceeds of the raffle ticket sales (“Sales”) will benefit the Foundation.

2. Ticket prices:

  • 1 ticket for $20

  • 6 tickets for $100

  • 14 tickets for $200

  • Multi-ticket discounts are only available for purchases made at the same time.

  • The ticket pricing is subject to change based on special promotions or deals for individual events.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Participants must be (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older, (ii) legal U.S. residents, and (iii) present at the Lenovo Center at the time of ticket purchase in order to be eligible to win any prize(s).

At the end of the second intermission of each Hurricanes home game one participant winner will be drawn at random (“Home Game Winner”). Each Home Game Winner must be at the Lenovo Center at the time of the drawing and immediately either a) report to the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation staff located at section 124 on the concourse or; b) respond to a call and/or text from a Foundation representative (“NOTIFICATION”).  If the Home Game Winner cannot be contacted within 5 min, then such Home Game Winner’s submission shall be voided, and the Foundation shall select an alternative Home Game Winner using the same method set forth above (this shall continue until a Home Game Winner is contacted). If a Home Game Winner cannot be contacted in a reasonable time frame during a home game (as determined by the Foundation), then the Foundation may unilaterally opt to suspend the Puck Drop Game for such game and apply the Cash Prize to the next home game.

The Home Game Winner will win the opportunity to drop a puck down the Hurricanes Puck Drop Board (“Puck Drop Game”). The Puck Drop Game shall be located on the 200 level at Lenovo Center.

The Home Game Winner shall receive the prize indicated at the final resting place of the puck. One of the slots of the Puck Drop Game will indicate the Cash Prize and the other slots will have various Hurricanes merchandise and experiences. If the puck does not land on the Cash Prize, the 50/50 raffle rolls over and continues to grow into the next game.  For illustrative purposes only, if the Home Game Winner’s puck lands in the slot for a signed jersey, the Home Game Winner wins the signed jersey and the 50/50 raffle continues and carries over into the next home game.  If the Home Game Winner’s puck lands in the slot with the Cash Prize, such winner wins the Cash Prize as of close of sales for that home game.

Volunteers, employees, directors, officers, temporary or contract employees, and agents of Carolina Hurricanes Foundation, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Hurricanes Hockey Limited Partnership, Hurricanes Holdings, L.L.C., DCP HH LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and immediate family members and members of the household of such employees are not eligible to win.
